Cancellations FAQ's

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable. Please note that tours continue in light rain, it’s all part of the adventure! We only cancel or reschedule in cases of severe weather when it’s unsafe to operate, in which case guests will receive the option to reschedule or a full refund.

Yes, you can reschedule your tour at any time without any fee. We understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to help you choose a new date based on availability.
